I am utterly disappointed with the service from LG. The person was very rude and arrogant. He had come for installation and demo. He did neither of that. He was reluctant to explain the features and did not show the demo. Very bad.

Plumbing took 1 week more than I expected and meanwhile the LG installation team closed my request in spite of requesting not to close the installation request !!
Did not receive installation support at all in spite of raising a new LG…
