Refund and Returns Policy
Your delight is our first and foremost goal. We will do everything to give you the best shopping experience you have had. To make the shipping and returns process hassle-free, we have clearly laid out our refund policy below
- You can request a refund before the item is shipped. The amount refunded will be calculated after deducting the processing fee (up to 3% depending on your payment method)
- We offer returns on the majority of our catalogue items. If any product is not eligible for a refund, it will be mentioned in the product description. Product brands other than DiscountChahiye have a no return policy unless the product is a wrong item/size or damaged.
- We have a 48 hours return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also have to keep the receipt or proof of purchase to request for return
To start a return or request a refund (i.e cancel the order before the item was shipped), you can send us an email to email@example.com. If your return/refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (in the case of return), as well as instructions on the return, and we can arrange for a pickup. However, you will be responsible for ensuring that the product is ready for pick up once the courier arrives. The package must be sealed appropriately to ensure the safety of the product while in transit and the address label on the package must be affixed properly.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method after receiving the merchandise back in our warehouse. Please note that the processing fee (up to 5% depending on your payment method) will be deducted from the original amount paid.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. DiscountChahiye reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is resalable before issuing a credit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- We do not accept returns if the items are used or not in the same condition
- Please ensure the original packaging of the product is still intact and no damage has been done to either the product or its packaging
- Items on clearance or sale of 50% and above considered to be final sale items are not eligible for return

Returning or exchanging for reasons other than product defects is a privilege offered to the customers. If any customer is found to be abusing this privilege, then DiscountChahiye holds the right to not accept any returns/exchanges from such customers.
