Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for orders above INR 999/- to any location within India. A shipping charge of INR 49/- is applicable for orders below INR 999/-

If you are unavailable during delivery or if the product is returned to the warehouse for any reason other than for damages, then we will charge shipping costs. Our team will keep you updated through email and/or WhatsApp on applicable shipping charges in such cases.

Shipping FAQ’s

Once an order is placed, when will the product be shipped?

We will ship the product in stock within 48 hours of receipt of the order. We deliver most of the products to you within 6 – 8 business days, however, deliveries can take longer depending on your delivery location. Discountchahiye.com is not responsible for service transit times owing to factors beyond our control, particularly during peak season, monsoon season, in case of natural calamities, or civil unrest at the place of shipment origin and/or destination.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays as determined by our logistics partner.

What countries do you deliver to?

We only deliver in India

Do you deliver to hotels?

As per our current shipping policy, we do not ship to hotels.

Can I track my shipment?

Once the product is shipped you will receive an email or an SMS on your registered email/mobile from us notifying the tracking numbers, which you may track from the courier company’s website.
