Some touching issues .
100% is not full charge. A half hour more charging give more battery backup.
We never expected an Itel 5g smartphone to be this good.Frankly this is worth every penny. Decent cameras, good mutlimedia and more than average internet & 5g connectivity. Pretty good battery life and pretty decent charging.

Very good performance at this price point.
Package box looks very cool and unique.
Charger, screen guard and back cover is included in the package.
Received 2 features updates in last 2 months, one of which is a notch display. It shows the brand is constantly working on new features and updates.
Bloatwares are very minimal as compared to phones such as Redmi. The only one that is irritating is the palmware application, which cannot be removed.
Camera is decent too.
Battery is good too and lasts for a couple of days, depending on usage. Auto cutoff after reaching 100% charge.
Finger print sensors and face unlock work seamlessly. It’s far better than my Samsung F23.
Light weight as compared to other phones with this configuration and battery.
Build quality is good.
Drawback – only one speaker on this phone.
It’s quite capable to compete with some pricier midrange phones.
Delivery experience was not good. The package was delivered in a regular carton (non tamper proof) just link any other parcel. Delivery boy did not know that there is a mobile inside the parcel, so package handling was like any other parcel and was not treated with care.

Battery backup is really good (4/5). 5G signal strength is decent (4/5), but it takes time for the mobile to find the signal. Camera quality is satisfactory (4/5), and the price is reasonable. Pros :- 1. Best Battery Life up to 9-10 hrs with regular Use. Last more if you will usage is very less. 2. Camera And Picture Quality. Super Night Mode and 50 MP detailing is awesome, I was surprised when I clicked it, within 9500 RS. this is extraordinary. 3. 90 Hz refresh rate with super smooth and Stock Android no such bloatwares are there, yes two-three are there but you can easily uninstall it but no such adds or anything else. 4. Charging Speed is also very impressive. Within 1 hr 30 mins it can charge 0 to 90%. 5. 5g connectivity. All Bands Supported within India and Connectivity is also very good. Speed upto 800 Mbps that is quite impressive within this price segment. There is no switch between 4G and 5G, constant 5G will be there if you will not opt for the option of Smart 5G setting. 6. Same time wifi and hotspot will work, that is the extra feature you want to get and itel make it for you within this price. 7. Eye Protection, Extra Din and Many Small features also finger Print Sensor is working very fast. 8. Not heated when using 5G or Charging.
Cons :- 1. Notch on Display. 2. Display is LCD, But with this price how much do you get? 3. Touch Response sometimes goes down, I think this is kind of software issue which will be fixed in future when updates are coming. 4. Sound Quality is not goo enough. If you are planning to play music on this device, don’t think you will get any better satisfaction.
Other than that no such flaws are there. Within this price segment you will get better camera, better 5G, Better Battery Backup which above 15,000 RS. Phones can’t promise. No doubt go for this with guys. This is the Best 5G phone under 15000.
